A wonderful local Italian inn
Restaurant Dolce Vita is a wonderful local Ita-
lian inn at Kungsholmen. The kitchen prepares
good Italian food of sun-ripened vegetables,
fine cheeses and hams, home-made pasta, or
delicious steaks… quite simply, la dolce vita,
i.e. the sweet life. “We are proud of our qua-
lity. We make our pasta every other day of
durum wheat, which has a higher nutritional
value than ordinary white wheat. The pasta is
then boiled to precisely al dente and served
with carefully chosen seasonings. We have
approximately fifteen different pasta dishes on
the menu every day,” says the manager Celal
Parlac.
